She listens, gives advice and gives her input, but doesn't judge. I have been a client of Rochelle's for a long time. She has listened, offered different points of view, helped me to see more clearly who I am and what I need to work on. She has allowed me to come to my own conclusions about who I am and what I need.
We talk about and with my alter system in ways which are respectful to all of them and their "jobs." All are comfortable to come and say their piece in a session. They are welcome to come and talk and let the truths be heard. They know that secrets do NOT need to be kept anymore.
All in all, Rochelle is a wonderful therapist! She doesn't tell us what to do. Her respectfulness to us and her obvious care make her the best therapist I've ever spoken to. I would not want anyone else! She is also very gentle. When needed we make lists of what can be done in certain cases, charts of the + and - of whatever so that I can see what is what. She has explained many new concepts to me giving me the tools to work with out of the office. It has helped so much-I can't put into words just what she means to me! I can say I have all the respect for her and her methods of handling my case. I am given the opportunity to express myself in every way.
