What is Awakening Love about?
Awakening Love was founded in order to raise consciousness in individuals, couples, families, and the larger community. The center's goal is to facilitate the process of healing and connection, allowing ourselves and others to awaken to more authentic versions of ourselves. Healthy relationships with self and Other and a greater sense of well being are created from this aware state.
What are our values?
The providers at Awakening Love believe in the interconnectedness of all life. Harmful patterns in thoughts, feelings, and actions are created out of fear, pain, and shame we experience in life. We have the power to become aware of and transcend negative patterns as we learn to co-create new, sustaining patterns with ourselves and Others we are in relationship with. As we do this, we discover increased connection and peace; loving kindness naturally flows from this place of clarity.
