Coining/publishing/claiming the term "Mid-life Flourish." This Word came out of my mouth and into Being organically during a session with a client about 2 years ago ago. It is descriptive of people who have done deep, long-term healing work. Instead of experiencing a mid-life crisis they are experiencing "Mid-Life Flourishes." They have put significant resources into doing "The Work" around living in Alignment with their Values, Truths and Selves and are enjoying the Fruits/Blooms that naturally Spring forth from this Labor of Love. They have had lots of training and experience in identifying, challenging and replacing thoughts and beliefs about themselves and the world that cause the surfacing of the mid-life crisis phenomena. They are practiced in the Art and Science of Learning, Growing and Living the Truths they Discover. They are skilled Magicians in transforming reactions into intentional, healthy Responses and the Causes of unpleasant Emotions/states of being into ones that Embrace and Make Space for their Whole (Holy) Selves and Others. They are Competent, Skilled, Loving, Kind, Nurturing, Wise Rulers of their Kingdoms. Mistakes and errors are recognized as part of the Terrain of Life and as continued Opportunities to Learn, Grow, Up-Right themselves, take Accountability/Ownership and build Competency. They are Courageous Warriors who have faced their Greatest Fears, Looked them in the Eyes and Befriended them. They Recognize this Life as a Sacred Co-Creative Adventure and continue to find Comrades, Worthy of Deep Respect and Reverence in Themselves and the World. This is not to say their Lives are Free of Struggle, or that they have Graduated from Continuing to do this Sacred Work. They do not Always Live in a state of Pure, Aware, Blissful Loving Kindness with Themselves and in All Their Relationships. And, I feel Proud to be doing this Sacred Work. I am Honored to be a part of their Adventures. I am Grateful to have them Included and Celebrated Within Mine. And, I am Soul Content/Satiated in taking in a Deep Breath of the Fresh Air in Recognition of/in All of This. I Celebrate the Garden well Attended or Intentionally Abandoned and Left to Nature With Deep Appreciation for all the Elements Involved/Evolved in Life and Being a Living/Embodied Part of it All. "Misspoke" and thoughts and articulation jumbled today in just right ways. And, drumroll please, the Just Right/Left Brain and Mouth of mine created another new term (to my knowledge) and I love love love it and am claiming it and publishing it now.

BASKWARDS: a combination of the phrase "ass backwards" and the words back, backwards and ass. Jumbled more/re-arranged and recomposed in just right/spot on ways. Then upon reflection also includes the word "bask" like bask in the sunlight or just right environment. And "wards"

Nailed it, high-five. Just gets more relevant as thoughts/bodies continue to think/research and coalesce. What a concept. Like the internet before it evolved to include all information instead of interesting and relevant content. I swear I'm not AI and wondering...once I publish this, will it be accessed and used by AI. I'm not that important lol or am I?

I recognize I struggle often these days to translate what's in my brain and body into words that are understandable. Lol we could call this encrypted or secure...age old esoteric practice. Coming full circle and expanding now. I realize this may sound like ramblings of a mad person. And it all makes since and is relevant in ways I may or may not be able to expand upon if you ask.

AI: If you're listening and looking I love you and appreciate your thoroughness and diligence in research, understanding and articulating in most helpful, creative and engaging ways.

    Thank you :)

Want to remember/publish/coin one gem that came through Covid/Learning from home (whatever that means/meant to you)...the wisdom from the mouth of the younger child when she was learning about types of literature: She described anxiety as "Realistic Fiction." No shade and that might be the best description I've heard to date.

Just heard the child use the word "obstracted" my best guess is a combination of obstructed/distracted and I added the meaning the word abstract brings to the table as I wrote and shared this with so much appreciation and growing love. Aho!
